For download or access issues, include the name of the product and the email address used during checkout. We use that information only to locate and support your order.

Download or access problems

If your payment was completed but the delivery email did not arrive, contact us from the checkout email if possible. We can review the order and resend access details when the order can be located.

Billing questions

For duplicate-charge questions or receipt questions, include the checkout email, approximate purchase date, product name, and any receipt or order details you have. Do not send full card numbers by email.
