Simply Mom operates this storefront at simplymom.net.
Digital products
Products sold through simplymom.net are digital downloads, PDF guides, templates, or other digital access products. You are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout so the product can be delivered.
Personal use license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own household, business, or private use as described on the product page. Redistribution, resale, public posting, copying into another product, or sharing download links is not permitted.
Educational information
Digital guides are provided for informational and educational purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
Checkout and delivery
After checkout, digital access is delivered by email or shown on the order confirmation flow. If an access email does not arrive, contact support with the email used at checkout.
Prices, taxes, and promotions
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change at any time before purchase. Any applicable taxes, fees, or currency details are shown during checkout when supported by the payment flow.
No guarantee of specific results
Product descriptions explain the intended use of each product, but results depend on the customer, circumstances, consistency, and outside factors. We do not guarantee a specific outcome from using a digital guide or template.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchase, entering accurate checkout information, saving your delivered file or access details, and using the product lawfully and appropriately.
Prohibited use
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, upload, share, reverse engineer, or use the product to create a competing product unless the product page grants that right in writing.
Account and access security
If the product includes a private link, download URL, customer portal, or access credential, you are responsible for keeping that access private and not sharing it with others.
